You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
City of Angels ships via DHL and Canpar. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information.
If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.
All orders placed on www.shopcityofangels.com between Monday-Friday, will be processed the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship Saturday and Sunday. City of Angels will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Due to the high demand and the current environment, please allow 3-5 business days for City of Angels to process and ship these orders. Please note that any shipping delays experienced by our third party shippers are not within our control.
Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays.

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
City of Angels is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (DHL or Canpat). City of Angels does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
