If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it for an online credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All returns will be refunded via store CREDIT in the form of an E-Gift Card code to your online account. Please ensure that you have created and registered your online account with us.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork/receipts, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
  • We do not accept returns on any accessories such as scarves, sunglasses, bodysuits, bathing suits, and jewelry.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
  • City of Angels is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your credit.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your credit after inspecting the item.

If your credit is approved, we will initiate a credit to your online account. Credits issued are only for product(s) purchased, not including shipping.
